Starr Buss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Starr Buss of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don TeWinkel and Pearl TeWinkel (Eissner). She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Trevver Buss (Laura) and Prairie. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Per her wishes, her body was donated to the Forensic Anthropology Center, Knoxville, Tennessee.
