Thomas Hanson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Hanson of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Hanson and Lucille Hanson (Anderson); his brothers, Michael Hanson and Larry Hanson; and his brother-in-law Brian Koenig.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Hanson; his children, Todd Hanson (Tammy) and Kim Wendling (Todd Reffke); his grandchildren, Brooke Dorin (Cody), Summer Wendling (Caleb Wentker) and Stephanie Hanson (Noah Kubsh); his great grandchildren, Braxton and Emmett Dorin; his sister Linda Koenig; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Hanson, Wendy Hanson, Jack Donahue (Patricia) and Dennis Donahue. He is also survived by Step-siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's name to Wounded Warrior Project or given to the family for donation of their choice.
