He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meyer and Dorothy Zimmerman Meyer; his sister-in-law Joyce Meyer; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Barbara Meissen; and his brothers-in-law, Todd and Jay Meissen.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy A. Meissen; his sons, Andy Meyer (Taylor Wilson) of Sheboygan, Nicholas Meyer of Manitowoc and Cody Meyer of Manitowoc; his siblings, Dennis Meyer, Timothy Meyer (Debbie) and Vicky Modra (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Melissa and Dave Remiker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials to a memorial fund that is being established in Tom's name.
