He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Hohf; and his parent-in-law Russell. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Mike Springer, Laura Gavito (Sam), Brent Borgwardt (Kristin), Melissa Mecca (Mike) and Justin Springer (Jessica); his grandchildren, Ashley, Tarra, Samantha, Dante, Erin, McKendra, Marshall, Mia and William; and his great grandchildren, Kaliann, Rykar, Charlotte, Curtis and Ashlynn.
Memorials to: Lakeshore Humane Society, Melnik Presbyterian Church Comfort Quilt Fund, Manitowoc Salvation Army or Gumby's for a Cure.
