Deane A. Yanke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deane A. Yanke in Maplewood, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Deane farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Deane is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Yanke and Ethel Yanke (Mallon); his spouse Jean M. Schluter; and his siblings, Phyllis Sprecher and William Yanke.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Yanke (Paula), Kurt Yanke (Gail) and Gwen Ringelstetter (Doug); his sisters, Anita Enge (Maurice) and Diane Niederer (Robert); and his in-laws, Diane Gardner (Robert) and Dennis Dankert. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
