He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Sprecher and Marcella Sprecher (Felix); his brother Wilmar Sprecher; and his brother-in-law Paul Ladd. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Ladd and Marla Sprecher; his sister-in-law Marilyn Sprecher; his nephews, Mike Sprecher (Rick Schwandt), Kirk Sprecher (Stephanie) and Tim Ladd; his great-nieces, Maddie and Sydney Sprecher; his great-nephew Sam Sprecher; and his close friend Barb Oelke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Maurie's name may be made to the Blackhawk Bethlehem Church.
