She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schara and Esther Schara (Goerks); her stepmother Ella Schara (Johnson); her husband Delbert Thorlton; and her siblings, Gordon, Lester, Iver, Merton, Joyce and Agnes.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Thorlton (Jody), Larry Thorlton (Sherry), Jim Johnson, Kristine Johnson and Pauline McCauley (Tom Austin); and her close friend Karen Miller. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
