She was predeceased by: her parents, Erik Nuutinen and Eleanor Nuutinen (Bergman); her children, Todd, Patrick and Bonnie; her sisters, Betty Schleicher and Ardy Hangartner; her nephews, Lee Nuutinen and Ryan Ryttie; and her brother-in-law Roy Ryttie.
She is survived by: her husband Allyn; her children, Jeffrey Leppala and April Sackmann (Peter); her grandsons, Sam, Andrew (Claire), Jonathan Leppala, Jason and Logan Sackmann; and her siblings, Marjorie Yarber (George), Dena Ryttie, Donnie (Shirley), Gary (Merry) and Keith Nuutinen (Shirley). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
