He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitney Oleson and Elva Oleson; and his significant other Alice Ann Kiefer (Lovey). He is survived by: his children, Kirby (Renee "George"), Kurt, Missy and Kevin (Sarah); his grandchildren, Tyler (Emma), Nicole (Dustin), Kamden, Riley, Haleigh, Jakob, Colin, Hannah and Alexa; his great grandchildren, Leon and Avaya; and his siblings, Shirley, Ole, Tubby (Peter), Kay and Jay (Kim).

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations will be made to several organizations.
