She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wakeman and Nancy Wakeman (Wallace); and her husband Howard Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Tickler (Jennifer) of Menominee, Laurie Vande Ven (Paul) of Little Chute and Debbie Ward (Brian) of Green Bay; her siblings, Danny Wakeman (Liz) of Menominee and Vickie Makl (Roger) of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Paige Tickler (Mark) of Chicago, Jeffrey Tickler of Menominee, Tabetha Ward of Green Bay, Jacob Ward of Green Bay, Adam VandeVen (Katie) of Little Chute, Meagon Peterson (Tyler) of Little Chute and Brandon VandeVen (Krista) of Little Chute. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Alibi (829 Main St, Marinette, WI 54143).
