He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis Collard and June Collard (Collins); and his daughter Alexis. He is survived by : his daughter Alyisha Needham (Codi); his grandsons, Bentley and Zachary Needham; his siblings, Karen Orland (John), Craig Collard (Cindy) and Curt Collard (Gail); and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Chad, Joseph, Ben, Andrea, Katie and Joy.
