She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Minnock (Leora G. Manahan) and Isaac Harter III; and her sister Carol Ann Rae. She is survived by: her children, Susan Stephen (Doug) and William (Bill); her friend Mark Miller; her granddaughter Andrea Smith (Matt Duea); her sister Linda Clark (Dave); and her nieces and nephews, Brian (Beth), Jason Clark (Aneta), Mary Lee Rae (Jim Thorland), Carol Lee Mesnard (Dennis) and Jamie Rae (Kim).
