He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Baxter and Luella Baxter (Prefontaine); and his sister Luella Saylor (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Carol Baxter of Joseph's Church; his daughters, Jackie Baxter of Marinette and Lisa Sbonik (Mike); his siblings, Robert Baxter (Sue) and Cathy Duncan; his grandchildren, Jake, Olivia, Grace, Kaela, Adam and Ali; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Lane.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish St. Joseph Church (1223 Carney Blvd, Marinette, WI 54143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
