He is survived by: his father Clyde Philipps; his stepmother Joyce Philipps; his brother Brian; his daughters, Amanda Philipps and Misty VanDyke (Tom); his close friend Cynthia Tonn; and his cousin Keith Long (Jeff) of Wausaukee. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
