He is survived by: his children, Nick Techmeier of Marinette, Jenni Techmeier (Josh Lozier) of Marinette and Kristen Larrabee (James) of Peshtigo; his grandchildren, Hailie, Ethan, Hannah, Elizabeth, Emma, Eli and Hadley; his siblings, Mark Techmeier (Cathy), Alvin Techmeier (Linda), Tom Techmeier (Karen), John Techmeier (Karyn), Betty Nyberg (Paul), Diane Fritz (Mike) and Gloria Kuhnlein (Bill); and his friend Marv Klein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
