He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Richard, Mark, Laura, Nicole, Christina, Saraya, Halie, Kaya, Sage, Lincoln and Saffree; and his siblings, Mary Kay Gordon of Santa Monica, Linda Thompson (Terence) of Sturgeon Bay and Jim Rastall (Tracy) of Porterfield.
