He is survived by: his mother Alice Van Eyck (Jansen); his wife Sally Casselbury (Beaudo); his stepchildren, Autumn Casselbury, Alec Casselbury, Dominic and Gavin Tanguay; and his sisters, Cheryl Czapiewski (Dennis), Kim Blom, Terri Walker (James) and Melissa Olson (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
