He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Soletske and Gerda Soletske of Green Bay, WI.; his wife Sheila; his granddaughter Charlotte Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Maryann Lemerond.

He is survived by: his daughter Katie Hoffman (David); his grandsons, Ascher and Kayce; his son Derek; his siblings, Irene Liebman (Patrick), Ron (Ida), Keith (Rose) and Paul; and his sister-in-law Kathy Revall (Randy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests supporting youth sports programs and young anglers.
