He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Jeff Koehler (Colleen); his grandchildren, Cory Koehler, Shannon Perez and Lydia Koehler; his children, Kristine Koehler and Jason Koehler; his grandson Tyler Koehler; his great grandchildren, Charlie Perez, Melaine, Micah, Phinnegan Koehler, Skyler Koehler and Dean Chizek; his sister Janet Hannon (Dennis); and his brother-in-law Jim Potkay.
