He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller; his daughters, Lynette Jean Rae (Steve) and Dawn Jennifer Blue (William); and his grandchildren, Joshua Bryant Blavat, Jacob Nathan Blavat, Christina Kramer Morrison, Alexandra Jennifer Blue Jefferies and Everett Lawrence Blue. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
