He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lacoursiere and Mary Lacoursiere (Sladky); his son Marc; and his sisters, Barbara Benesh and Mary Ann Laperriere.

He is survived by: his wife Debra; his son Matthew (Billie); his granddaughters, Megan, Mattie and Samantha; and his siblings, James Lacoursiere and Suzie Schmit (Richard).
