He was predeceased by: his mother June Sandahl Castaneda; his brother Timothy; and his wife Jeanne Czyzewski. He is survived by: his father Camilo Castaneda (Barb) of Los Angeles, CA; his son Christopher of Marinette, WI; and his siblings, Cyndi Oberlin (Kim) of Holly Springs, GA, Patti Boda (Bill) of Escanaba, MI, Mary Gregory (Glen) of Escanaba, MI, Joan Cayer (Alan) of Green Bay, WI and Dan Castaneda (Arlene) of Fenton, MI. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; ten great nieces & nephews; and many other family and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1016 10th Ave, Menominee, MI 49858).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association in Tom's memory are welcome.
