He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Bonikowske and Alice Bonikowske; his wife Lola Mae Jossie; his children, Debra Hass (Mark), Michael Bonikowske (Jenny) and Lisa Phillips (Ryan); his grandchildren, Danielle Bonikowske, Whitney Christian (Dylan), Adam Bonikowske (Beth), Courtney Smits (Ryan), Tyler Hass, Drew Phillips and Alexis Phillips; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Ayla, Madelyn, Reece and Daxton; his siblings, Judy Much and Dennis Bonikowske (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Buzz Jossie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Paul's Lutheran Church for the New Fellowship Hall.
