With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene E. Stellmacher (Markesan, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 101. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Miller and Rosa Miller; her husband Forrest Stellmacher (Pete); and her daughters, Diane Zastrow and Joyce Wampler.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Zastrow (Alan), Steven Stellmacher (Nancy), Wayne Stellmacher (Barbara) and Sandee (Rick); her sons-in-law, Russell Zastrow and Freddie Wampler; and her grandchildren, Amy Pierstorff (Brian), Lisa Zabler, Angela Nasser, Eric Wampler (Deanna), Jessica Vis (Andrew), Peter Zastrow (Lyndsey), Lucas Stellmacher (Gina), Jenna Taylor (Collin), Sarah Borgen, Brittany Moeller (Kurt), Brad Stellmacher (Emily), Lindsay Wiese (Jonathan), Kaitlin Posthuma (Mike) and Jordan (Morgan). She is also survived by Grams, 31 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Terrace Shores Ev. Free Church (W3278 Co Rd K, Markesan, WI 53946). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
