He was predeceased by: his father Richard Carstensen; his stepfather Carl Heitman; and his grandparents, Clarence, Emily Carstensen, John and Dora Meyer.
He is survived by: his mother Dorraine Carstensen (Meyer); his wife Linda Henning; his children, Tabitha Petitt (Justin) of Ripon, Torie Abel (Nolan) of Linn Grove, IA and Joshua Carstensen (Maggie) of Braunfels, TX; and his grandchildren, Tayler, Dakota, Liliah, Madison, Everett, Finley, Braelynn and Lainey. He is also survived by 6 brothers; 5 sisters; other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Divine Passage Funeral Home (175 Douglas St, Ripon, WI 54971). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
