He is survived by: his wife Cheri Ortiz; his children, Elizabeth Ortiz (Matt K.), Phillip Ortiz (Alyssa P.), Manuel Ortiz (Nichole), Norbert Ortiz (Amber), Maria Ortiz, Leslie Ortiz and Tony Courchaine (Tania); his grandchildren, Brooks, Aurora, Bentley, Brant, Gabriella, Maverick, Abigail, Quintin, Olivia, Autum, Mylee, April, Landon, Alejandro, Aqualina, Angelina, Alena, Anabel, Aset, Sophia, Cameron, Rebekah, Kaylee, Tony Jr. of Jordan, B. G., Aden, Randy and Roman; his brothers, Marcelino Ortiz and Andy Rivera (Felicia); his siblings-in-law, Lynette Ortiz (Arletta Rowley) and Earl Rowley; and his nieces and nephews, Elianette, Jose, Alex and Amber Desdoni (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
