We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2021, at the age of 16, Benjamin J. Chadwick of Marshall, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, John Chadwick and Tiffany Chadwick (Maenner); his siblings, Breanna and Jacob; his grandparents, David, Lillian Chadwick, Charles and Anna Maenner; his uncles, Jason Chadwick, Bradley Maenner (Amanda) and David Maenner (Bailey); and his aunt Tammy Koegler. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in memory of Ben.
