He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Chadwick and Helen Chadwick (Suchomel); his wife Cecil Knapton; and his brother Dennis Chadwick. He is survived by : his son Timothy Chadwick (Beth) of DeForest; his grandchildren, Erinn Wolff (Sawyer), Blake (Keirstin) and Morgan (Nathan); and his sister Janet Gyland of Rockdale. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
