He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Todd); his children, Michael of Marshfield and Stacy of St. Paul, MN; his siblings, Robin Jay of Wisconsin Rapids, Rick Siems (Sally) of Wisconsin Rapids, Steve Siems of Wisconsin Rapids and Marci Riendl (Brian) of Fond du Lac; and his granddaughters, Naima and Nadia Zaimi.
