He is survived by: his wife Carol Pongratz; his children, Sue Haupt (Bob), Edgar, Don (Wendy), Mary Repking (Mark), Tom (Sharon) and Greg; his grandchildren, LeeAnn Shea, Katie Diestelhorst, Michael Spindler, Carrie Oakland, Riggs, Brooks Repking, Gracie Spindler, Griffin, Rylee and Bentley Spindler; his siblings, Ruth Lang and Duane "Butch" Spindler (Rae); his sister-in-law Elaine Spindler; and his caregivers, Heather and Cari Krahn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a fund the family will distribute according to Jerry's wishes.
