He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Follen and Gladys Follen (Maxam); his sister Geraldine Schrofe; his parents-in-law, Gus and Bernice Tischendorf; and his brothers-in-law, Percy Nelson and Jerry Tischendorf.
He is survived by: his close friend Jim; his wife Loretta Tischendorf; his children, Sandy Marten (Terry), Randy Follen (Sharon), Karleen Pettis (Pat), Mike Follen (Donna) and Phyllis Lehman (Dave); his grandchildren, Travis, Nick, Josh, Andy Follen, Amanda Roehrborn, Ashley Pettis, Dustin, Chris Follen, Kyle Lehman and Stacy Genett; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph, Jayme, Jordan Marten, Janalee Velazquez and Patrick Pettis; and his siblings, Patricia Nelson, Jon Follen (Steph), Bob Follen (Shirley) and Dan Follen (Marilyn). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and 18 step-great-grandchildren.
