He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holden and Emma Holden (Gerard). He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Miller; his daughters, Pamela Bedekovich (Sam McMillan) of Hope Mills, NC, Gina Brandl (James) of Arpin, Carmen Englebretson (Patrick) of Loyal and Lisa Weister (Todd) of Spencer; and his grandchildren, Tami, Adam, Joe, Kirsti, Mike, Jennifer, Melanie, Nick, Brandon and Michelle. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
