He is survived by: his wife Geraldine E. Reed; his sons, Robert Fischer of Madison and Matthew Fischer of Madison; and his grandchildren, Christel Desotell (Gene) of Fredericksburg, VA., Brittany, Kaylee, Izayah and Brigette.
