He was predeceased by: his father Armin Jr. Wendt; his stepfather Richard Bue; and his grandparents, Vilas, Irene Luepke, Armin Sr. and Sarah Wendt.
He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Wendt (Luepke); his daughter Jenna Zahn; his grandchildren, Sophia, Kinzleigh, Cameron and Oliver; his siblings, Katherine "Kathy" Wendt, Keith, Kevin and Kory Wendt; his nephews, Shaun Sandley and Brian Wendt; and his niece Tammy Kolb (DJ). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
