He is survived by: his children, Ellen Murphy of Sheboygan, Kathleen Smith (Randy Stange) of Sheboygan, Michael Smith of Palatine, IL, Philip Smith of Madison and Jennifer Smith of Marshfield; his granddaughters, Casey and Emily Murphy; and his great grandchild Aidin Lutzke.
