He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Mitchell and Ella Mitchell (Wolff); and his brother Gary Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mitchell; his children, Shawn Mitchell (Gina) and Heather Mabie (Daniel); his grandchildren, Hannah Holland (Hayden), Matthew Lohmeier, Joshua Lohmeier and Claire Mitchell; and his great grandchild Emma Holland.
