He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hoffman and Catherine Hoffman (Pongratz); his son Gary Hoffman; his grandson Dustin Hoffman; his great grandchild Tyson Hoffman; and his siblings, Peter, Sylvester, Eddie, Herb, George, Leonard, Joe Hoffman, Margaret Mancl, Marie Tubbs and Anna Polster.
He is survived by: his wife Tootie; his children, Peter Hoffman (Diane) of Milladore, Audrey Revling of Junction City, Ron Hoffman (Deb) of Sherry, Linda Becker (Tom) of Sherry, Tina Haas (Nick) of Wisconsin Rapids, Beverly Hoffman of Sherry and Donnie Hoffman (Amy) of Milladore; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Hoffman, Milly Hoffman, Donna Bluhm, Donnie Hetze, Jim Hetze, Sr. and Mike Hetze (Lori). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
