She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her parents, Bob Merk and Marge Merk; her brothers, Dick Merk and Clark Merk; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Meddaugh (Jean) and Sandra Kirby (Butch).
She is survived by: her daughter Jolanda "Joey" Burnett (Guy); her grandchildren, Jordan Litwaitis (Morgan), Jaden Litwaitis and Sarah Burnett; her sister Joan Timmerman; her sisters-in-law, Diane Merk, Teri Merk and Karen Price; and her close friend Rosemary Bilgrien. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home (615 1st St, Nekoosa, WI 54457). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
