He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Matthews and Loretta Matthews (Lutz); and his brothers, John and David. He is survived by: his former wife Julie Matthews; his son Austin; and his sister Deborah Ives. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; nieces; and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (7735 Yellowstone Dr, Hewitt, WI 54441). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Hewitt and the Clark County Humane Society.
