He is survived by: his wife Kathryn For (Nee Moha); his children, Julie Anderson (Al) and Joe (Katie); his grandchildren, Norah and Jack Sliwicki; and his siblings-in-law, John, Chris, Joe, Carla and Ann Moha. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
