He is survived by: his mother Alice Steig of Osseo; his wife Paulette O'Leary of Mattoon; his children, Kari Reuter (Doug), Brandon Bong, Jessica Spencer (Aaron), Ellisa O'Leary, Jon Radke (Sara), Dusty Radke (Samantha) and Katie Steig; his siblings, Ellen Steig, Valerie Lund (Steve), Randy Steig (Peggy), Jerry Steig, Mike Steig (Nancy) and Greg Steig (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Zoe, Charli, Raven, Aidan, Preston, Noah, Myla, Hayden, Sadie and Ryker.
