She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Gunderson and Mina Gunderson; her siblings, Kenneth, Ole, Elwood Gunderson and Arlene Syse; and her son-in-law John Randall.
She is survived by: her husband Harlow U'ren Gierhart; her children, Kent Gierhart (Kathy), Brian Gierhart (Kirsten) and Cyndi Randall (Andy Bobowski); and her great grandchildren, Katrina Watkins (Mike), Jack, Emily, Evan, Eli, Christopher Gierhart (Kate), Gabriel, James, Naida, Kisja Brost (Derek), Camden, Chelsea, Colin Gierhart (Josie Knauber), Katie Jo Steinke (Steve), Isaac, Jaden, Johnie Grace, Cory Gierhart (Kaylan), Harlow, Nels, Kyle Randall (Haylee), Parker and Rhett. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bethany Lutheran Church.
