Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Alyce leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Kloeden and Alice Kloeden (Steinberg); and her husband Gene Wurtz of Paul's Lutheran Church. She is survived by: her son David Wurtz (Tina) of Waterford; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Chatham (Daniel) and Christopher Wegner (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Isabella, Sophia Chatham and Julia Wegner; her foster brother Charles Knutson (Patricia) of Arizona; and her cousin Richard Steinberg (Sharon) of Horicon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church (16 S Walnut St, Mayville, WI 53050). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
