He is survived by: his wife Peg (Peg); his siblings, Patricia Sager (Gene), Joan Denis, Victor Steffeck and Robert Steffeck (Selina); his children, Michael (Nicole), Daniel and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Samantha Serbousek (Jack), Ashley Sullivan (Brendan) and Max Spiegel; and his siblings-in-law, Frank McGuan (Sue), Mike McGuan (Denise), David McGuan, Greg McGuan (Tami), Gary Jenko, Jean Petley (Steve), Nancy Weeks (Nate), Cathy Durette (Pete) and Maggie McGuan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St. Mary's Knights of Columbus chapter 8817 or to St. Mary's School in Mayville.
