He is survived by: his wife Mary Paul of Andrew's Catholic Church; his children, Lorie Schabel and Ryan Schabel (Sheila Hobelsberger); his grandsons, Daniel Schabel and Travis Schabel; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Schabel and Marvin Lee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
