She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Royer and Irma Royer; her husband Daniel Joseph Carter; and her brother Ken Royer. She is survived by: her children, Brad Carter (Loretta) and Susan Muller (Stephen); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Coniglio (Steven) and Thomas Muller (Suzanne); her great grandchild Taylor Carter Coniglio; her sister Carolyn Jacobus; and her sister-in-law Amber Carter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mayville United Methodist Church. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mayville Golf Club.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Friends of Horicon Marsh.
