He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Winch and Ethel Winch; his stepfather Wendell James; his siblings, Royce Winch and Joyce Weston; his mother-in-law Elaine Chitwood; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Chitwood and Debra Winch; and the mother of his children Julie Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Winch; his daughters, Sarah Winch and Carrie McArthur (Kent); his stepchildren, Amanda Miller (Lee Eggleston), Brandon Miller (Sara) and Ryan Andretti (Dana Bladl); his granddaughter Bethany King (Tyler); his great grandchild Arthur King; his brothers, Marvin Winch and Tom Winch (Sybille); his father-in-law Gary Chitwood; and his sister-in-law Brenda Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Curtiss Street Bible Fellowship (10416 Curtiss St, Mazomanie, WI 53560). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Richland FFA Alumni or for a scholarship to a student going into forestry or agriculture.
