He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold A. Vollmer and Dorothea C. Vollmer; his former wife Violet Vollmer; his children, Steve Vollmer, Sr. and Lori Holen; his children-in-law, Martha Vollmer and Roger Rouse; his brother Richard K. Vollmer; and his grandson Gabriel Vollmer.
He is survived by: his wife Carrol Vollmer; and his children, Paul Vollmer (MaryAnn), Vicky Beyler (Larry), John Vollmer (Danette), Janet Gschwend (Ron), Valerie Rouse and Mark Vollmer (Barb). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren, along with many relatives and dear friends.
