He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Fay and Alice A. Fay (Jensen); and his close friend Suzy. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Fay, Pam Drury and Terry Fay (Robin Ackley-Fay); and his siblings' children, Zach, Tori, Alex, Megan, Joey, Libby, Sam (Nicole) and Nikki. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
