He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Cook (Anthony) of Lake Mills; his wife Paula (Holmen); his son Scott Erickson of Sun Prairie; his sister Sue Hunt (Bob) of Madison; and his sibling's children, Kayla Hunt (Keith) of Rochester, NY, Drew Ritchie (Kodie) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Brent Ritchie (Alison) of Madison.
